Product Description

DSA4525 thermal shrink packaging machine is suitable to shrink thin shrink films such as POF, PVC, PP, POP, etc with far-infrared radiation.
The thickness of shrink film should be in the range of 0.01-0.04 mm.
Quartz heating pipes are located on the top, bottom and sides of the shrinking tunnel.
The temperature of the shrink room and the speed of the conveyer are adjustable.
And the size of shrink tunnel can be customized.
Conveyor has option of chain roller and iron net conveyor for choice.

1. The lid can be open and bottom tray can be pulled out for the convenience of replacing heating pipesCompact construction, high efficiency;
2. Voltage of down heating pipes is adjustable through solid-booster, in order to control down temperature. The temperature of whole shrink tunnel is controlled through AC contactor.
3. Strong air-flow ensures excellent heat distribution for an even shrinking;
4. Intelligent temperature controlling system makes the operation e

5. The speed of the conveyer is adjustable.

Delivery policy

Shipping packaging materials can be a complex exercise. Materials can be very heavy and they can also have big dimensions which can increase the costs of shipping. To make shipping affordable and easy we have created different shipping options for our customers as follows;

All orders above R3000 (Excl) vat get Free delivery only in Gauteng region
Orders below R3000 carry a Courier charge nationwide
Glenpak uses Courier guy and Cloud Logistics to deliver products. We can deliver in Gauteng for up to 2 Tonnes and bulky dimensions especially for Bubble Wrap. The Option is available in the checkout form
Glenpak delivery charges R90 (excl) vat for Johannesburg deliveries if Product Value is under R3000 (Excl Vat).
Full Courier fees apply outside Gauteng
Our customers have the option to collect at our warehouse in Newtown there is no collection Fee.
Our customers can send their own courier to collect from our warehouse in Newtown Johannesburg

Heavy Machine Delivery

Packaging Machines are heavy Items they can weigh up to a Ton or more. We work with cargo companies who deliver nationwide. Delivery charges are calculated on a Pallet basis.

We give the correct amount for delivery at the quoting stage.

Delivery costs are not included in the cost of Machine quoted on our website.

Returns and Exchange Policies

We do all we can to make sure that any item that leaves our warehouse is in perfect condition. Incase an item you ordered is defective on delivery we will replace it.

Important Terms and Conditions

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for us to fill your order, from the time you placed your order, if you paid by bank transfer (EFT) this may take longer as we would need to see the payment in our account first.

Please note if out of stock a 5-14 day production time may apply.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will only be processed on the first working day following.

Technical Support & Parts

Parts and Technical Support

All machines sold by Glenpak come with a maintenance plan to ensure your investments performs well as long your business needs it. We will service you Machine regularly, the frequency of the maintenance will be determined by the type of machine you purchase. The Maintenance service is restricted to Gauteng Businesses for now Machines sold by Glenpak also have parts available.

It is worthwhile to note that some machines can take 8-12 weeks to deliver.

WARRANTY

We offer warranty for machines up to 12 Months this excludes damage cased by Power Surge, Human negligence and Tampering. Mechanical problems are covered by warranty up to 12 months. Parts are sometimes available instock, if not we order from overseas.
